Leila Pinter APRN
Leila Pinter is a highly experienced Registered Nurse with over 19 years of expertise in various healthcare settings, including the emergency room, medical/surgical bedside nursing, and step down units. In 2021, she earned her Master of Science in Nursing/Nurse Practitioner Degree, further enhancing her knowledge and skills. With a deep-rooted passion for wellness and preventative care, Leila ventured into the wellness/aesthetics industry, where she serves as the Owner, Clinical Director, and Aesthetic Nurse Specialist at VW Wellness & Aesthetics. She is dedicated to empowering her patients by providing them with the necessary knowledge to make informed decisions about their desired services. Leila's ultimate goal is to help her patients feel revitalized and confident. In her leisure time, she cherishes moments spent with her loving husband and four children. Additionally, she has a fondness for Dachshunds and proudly owns four of them, considering them as her precious babies.
Allie Lipski
Allie is an experienced Registered Nurse with 11 years of expertise in the surgical ICU. After the birth of her third child, she made the decision to transition away from bedside nursing to prioritize a consistent schedule for her growing family. As a devoted wife and mother of three young children, Allie cherishes spending quality time with her loved ones, whether it's taking them to the local park, embarking on family trips to their cabin, or enjoying campfires in their backyard. In addition to her family, Allie is an avid sports fan who relishes attending NFL games with her husband and engaging in volleyball matches. Alongside her two lively Labrador Retrievers, Allie currently serves as a patient placement coordinator. However, she yearns for the direct interaction with patients that she enjoyed during her time at the bedside. This desire to connect with clients and assist them in achieving their wellness objectives has led her to join VW Wellness & Aesthetics.
